The american guitarmaker Rick Turner (co-founder of guitar manufacturer Alembic) installs his PU in your existent bridge, one sensor for each string. The sound can be optimized by sliding the elements in the slots.
He also offers to copy your bridge from a drawing. The Preamp is not included, but necessary.
I would like to purchase a UB-1 pickup and would like to know how to get it. I will run it through a DTAR Soltice preamp.

Usually, you send it to him, but sometimes he takes a long time.
I find it best to get a second bridge, get it fitted for your bass and send it to him. He makes the best upright pickup ever.
To match it, get the Kolstein Adjustable Bridge, with exotic self-lubricating
adjusters.
